  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive the wrong product (e.g., incorrect size or color), we’ll gladly offer a full refund or exchange. Please inform us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Returns: You may return the item within 7 days of delivery. The chappals must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including the packaging.

Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
